I’d be giving away Jokic for Steph Curry, Lebron, and Shai Gilgeous Alexander. Should I take the trade?

Ranked 3.0 needs a serious rework.

I’ve been playing siege on and off for about 4 years, nothing too special. I hit gold a few times, could never get to plat due to randoms and spending a lot of time in customs with IRL friends. At my peak before sometimes I would see the occasional plat when I was in gold 2, once in a while a boosted champ with a bunch of coppers. It wasn’t good; but it wasn’t as bad as this. Now I’m in gold 1 this season, grinding to try and hit plat and EVERY game I face at minimum 2 emeralds and 2 plats and sometimes a full stack of diamonds. I get that they’re in gold right now because of placement matches being how they are, but why should I be matched against a full stack of players multiple tiers above the rank i’ve never even reached in my entire playtime? It’s tiring, there hasn’t been a single game without multiple emerald+ ranked players on both sides. I had a 1.4KD and planted the bomb often going into gold 2 and then everything changed. I almost touched plat, only to get stomped by a bunch of diamonds. Why is ubisoft so terrible at making their matchmaking work? I just want to be matched against people who are the same skill as me. Please figure out a way that this can be fixed ubisoft, I hope this is constructive enough criticism to not be taken down. I’m just tired of facing people leagues above me because their displayed rank is the same as mine.
