Is an estate car acceptable to pull a 17.3hh sport horse? If it’s only possible with an suv can somebody please explain why? Aside from horse power and braking capacity as I believe a sporty estate car would solve this issue…

Is pulling a large horse possible in an estate car? If it has to be an suv or truck can someone please explain to me why this is the case. A high performance estate car can surely handle the weight?
