Stop using social media
Ironically telling to stop using social media on a social media. Anyways
I know you have heard many reasons to stop using social media but let me give you my perspective.
Our brains were never meant to be bombarded with this many information and opinions.
When you need to make a decision and you go out in the internet for advice, you come out with less clarity.
1; when you listen to what a 100 people have to say you end up in more of a blur and confusion. 2; people on the internet lie more than we expect because there are no consequences . For example, every 20 year old is doing 10k$ 5k$ per month apparently, therefore, leaving you comparing yourself and unmotivated.
It’s sometimes best to take advice to a minimum, try to take a decision on your own, act on it with SPEED, and learn through your own feedback loop.
Do less of listening and absorbing opinions/advice of strangers on the internet, and more of doing. Start executing relentlessly.
