Cousin sister's marriage almost fixed but got a problem.

My closest cousin got a match through matrimony, it got almost fixed. He is well-experienced, works in a well paid software job. My cousin and the guy started communicating, everything was going well. All of a sudden, we been told by a relative that "he works in an ngo, who would give more than a lakh in-hand for working in an NGO? Ngos pay much less salaries compared to private companies. Be careful before proceeding further"

So, my cousin managed to get payslip of a month from him.. What confused us was that his PF employee contribution looked much lower than what expected, based on the basic salary mentioned in the payslip. From what I know, PF is usually 12% of basic pay, so shouldn't his pf be much higher, according to his basic pay???

I don't have a job yet, but working ppl in this sub, anybody know, if ngo's pay such huge salary to experienced software employees? ((Huge word is used according to the usual salaries provided in that sector)).

Asal oka ngo lo 1 lakh paina salary iche antha software work untadha ani.

Her family got more suspicious after knowing that, some ngo's credit big amount to employees salary accounts and then asks to return part of the money in cash. Is there any way to resolve this issue, without offending the guy and his family?

Edit: ngo is real, registered with well-established presence. I didn't mentioned the name thinking it's risky(chatgpt said so). It's located in hyderabad.

Do men don't feel the tendency to see their partners photos in ldr?

Context: we are in long distance. Everytime there's some event or party, I ask him to share the pictures of him and also of the others I know. I eagerlyyyy wait to see those pictures. (Today is my partner's elder brothers marriage).

Where as my partner rarely asks any photo of mine, let alone my family members photos. Also he won't share his pictures that easy.. I have to ask him multiple times. (He don't click his pictures he thinks he is not photogenic) but I always assure him that I will like him however he looks. Still he don't change.

Do all men do this? I know this is subjective but I just want to know how and what other men say!
