Nobody even bothered to ask me about the situation.

To start off with... This screen shot was posted on my private discord and I guess I had a mole in there who sent it to Mr. Mr. I have since kicked and blocked who I thought was responsible for leaking this private message. I did not publicly post this and it was taken out of context...I would never taunt a maker like this, as it would be stupid and lead to what this has led to.

I sent a screenshot of a public YouTube video to lemifshe to suggest he make one similar without a logo... I didn't send any measurements, or even suggest he make an exact clone. Nor did I try to get 'reaction traffic'.. I've never even used any click bait titles for my videos like 'best knife ever' or "they killed it' etc... So that's definitely not my style..Not to mention that I hate drama.

2ndly the post Mr. Mr. made on Instagram was a lie.. I didn't block him, this screenshot is exactly how I responded to him... Anyone that has used IG for any length of time knows it has random bugs all the time. He wasn't willing to discuss it and instantly passed judgment just like others.

Next... I make my stance on clones very clear.. Anyone that has heard me talk about them on video knows I would prefer they came without logos and not real packaging to stop the shady people in this world from trying to portray them as real.. I also support new makers and designers daily.. I try to get the point across to the makers who get their $800 knives cloned that the people that buy the $100 clones aren't their customers and they're not losing business due to the clones.. If anything it helps keep their name current and I would suggest helps their business...

Lastly... I got banned from the private chineseknives subreddit for a post I posted over a year ago just promoting my live for people to0 join us to talk knives.. They could have easily reached out and asked me about it, or deleted the post, but like lots of people in this hobby, they just thought they understood what was going on and everyone needs a scapegoat or to make someone a pariah... Since they prefer to be the type of people who keep their clones their 'dirty little secret' and are scared to talk about them to other knife people or post pictures and videos of them, they're not my type of honest people anyways. I'm not mad about being blocked there. Be proud of the knives you own, regardless what they are. Geezus! Do what makes you happy with your money and don't let any man tell you how to spend your hard earned money.

I'm going to address all of this on my video this morning at 8sm CST if you'd like to hear it in person...

You should probably know the story before you convict and sentence someone... This is still American, right?

Finally got around to sorting and getting a count

The first folding knife I order was a Mokeen d2 amazon knife on August 19th, 2023. I used a promo code I found which dropped the price from $34.47 to $22.71 and I've been hooked on getting deals ever since.

Little did I know that knife would connect me to a hobby I've enjoyed more than any other in my life. The people I've met in this hobby are some of the best people I've found in any hobby I've gotten into. (except for the 8th grade cliques and haters which luckily are few and far between)

The final count before I packaged them all back up into their cases was 1094. This was before I found 4-5 more lying around that didn't get counted ;)

So, let's just call it 1100.

Be careful. This hobby can become very addictive

Shout out to the great people I've met along the way, and shoutout to the haters! I appreciate you both equally for the friendships and motivation!

Update

Just to let everyone know.. PuddyGo has had some family health issues back at home, so knife production has currently been pushed to the back.

This is totally understandable and let's support him by sending good vibes his way.

He said everything is kinda on hold for 1-2 months.

Scammer on the loose... Beware

Since I got this message within like 2 minutes of my posting, I kinda realized it was a scammer, but the crazy price cemented it...

Anyone who really knows about the knife knows it only cost $90 brand new....

Winterpudding M-Fire First Impressions

I just grabbed it out of the mailbox on the way to work, so the only time I've spent with it was in the car.

The overall build quality seems great.. Nothing is loose, lockup is nice and solid. Milling looks good. It only took about 2 minutes to get the action down, and after that it's super easy to close. I did use it to open another package and the edge seemed super sharp.. Went thru that package like butter 🤣 Hard use scenario!

The only issue I've seen so far is the milling on the end where it hits your palm started to irritate my skin and cause a hot spot. Granted... I did hold it in my hands almost the entire 25 minute drive to work, so that's a little extreme.

Other than that, I think it's well worth the money and he executed it great..

It gets a green light from me.
