Ive been interested in AP for a long time and have finally started to practice because I have been dying to know if its "real". Granted there is merit in the experience as much as it positively influences your life, but ive always wanted to "know" that its not just a dream or hallucination.

Im interested to hear what you all think of the test im planning to give myself. Id flip a card face up on a shelf without looking at it and try to see it from the obe. I know there are issues with control, like where you go and in what reality, dimension and time. Even if I was in the closest plane and in my time it could still be a parallel reality with a different card which could also be explained as a dream or hallucination making it up.

So I figured i could use anchor cards, three additional cards flipped upright on my desk, if I can find those matching cards in the obe then the chances should be the hidden card would match, otherwise, if it doesnt match, that would strongly indicate the brain fabricating what it doesnt know.

Curious what yall think, has anyone done any objective tests like this? Not looking for anyone to prove anything to me, just curious if anyone has proved it to themselves in a more objective manner.

Cheers 🙂

TLDR: No one talks about Robert Monroes THIRD book where he rebrands the concept of loosh and puts it into a much more positive, loving, optimistic context.

Many of the posts and narratives I have seen on the topic of prison planet and this enslavement reincarnation trap ideology all seem to stem from the idea of loosh. This thing we produce with our emotions that is valued and harvested by the evil beings that have enslaved us.

As i began to learn more about this ideology and its concepts, I got curious. Curious as to what was ACTUALLY said and what the narrative ACTUALLY was, based on the person who discovered it and documented it (Robert Monroe).

So lets cover the points with actual text from the father of loosh himself as detailed in his third book after he gained a clearer idea of how things worked.

1: The word loosh was retired in the third book and rebranded and expanded upon as "The H Band", "(M) Fields", and "The big L". See the parallels examples below:

Parallel 1: Same source material

The loosh rote in Far Journeys said it was "generated by all organic life." In Ultimate Journey, the (M) Field is described as having "a tendency to accumulate in living organisms" and being present across all physical matter from microorganisms to Human Minds. Same hierarchy, same mechanism, different name.

Parallel 2: Emotion as the amplifier

On the H Band, Monroe writes: "The amplitude of each segment of the band is determined by the emotion involved in the thought." The H Band is defined in the glossary as "the wave of disorganized human thought modulation of (M) Field energy." So emotion drives the intensity of (M) Field radiation which is exactly what the loosh rote described.

Parallel 3: Love as the purest/highest form

In Far Journeys, distilled loosh was described as the rarest and most valuable output, with love being its highest expression. In Ultimate Journey, love is "a band of (M) adjacent to thought," and the Big L is called "the Core Self at its finest distillation." The word "distillation" appears in both books in the same role.

Parallel 4: The glossary definition of Core Self

Monroe defines Core Self as "the original (M) Field energy vortex of each living physical being." The Big L is "the Core Self at its finest distillation." So: Big L = finest distillation of Core Self = finest distillation of (M) Field energy = what Far Journeys called distilled loosh.

  1. This energy is stored inside us and grows through our experiences and is being collected for us to deliver it home

"It is impossible to describe the sum of the love energy distilled from more than a thousand lifetimes, which, as I have learned, each I-There of each human has in store."

"The building of what you call escape velocity. So that we, all of us, may be free."

"…above all desires to bring back gifts of love to the Whole."

  1. Pain is part of the design for success not entrapment (you cant know love without fear):

"What you now perceive as love clarifies, not stultifies. It incorporates both pain and pleasure; it is the union of opposites to create a whole."

  1. We leave when we are done, not when we escape.

"You will adjust. Just as you will when you reach a point where you recognize that you can no longer return to being human. Perhaps it is better put that you not only cannot but you do not need to do so when you have outgrown what you call the human coat and glove."

Long story long, we are not enslaved or trapped. We are here to experience life, and through life, experience love, which cannot be fully valued and felt without proportional suffering. Our mission is to be and feel all that we are and to return home to share the love and experience we have distilled over all this time. Its not stolen and harvested by "them" its created and distilled by us, for us (all).

Note: There is still further context that supports this more hopeful existence in the third book so I recommend you read it in its entirety if you want a more complete reassurance of our existence and purpose in the grand scheme of things.
