kaplan ochem books
what did you guys use for ochem? I have the kaplan book but I've been seeing on here that the actual exam tests on very little ochem? Is there another resource you would recommend?

personal (negative) life experiences in application
I experienced a traumatic event that eventually led to undergoing a whole title ix investigation, which contributed to my low GPA. (my two lowest GPA semesters are the semester of the event and the semester of the investigation). How would someone go about explaining this on their app? I don't want it to be seen in a negative way given that it is about me being sexually assaulted, but I also want to be honest? The low GPA semesters/low class grades are directly related to the incident. I've recovered from it, got treatment etc, and my GPA is much better now along with my overall activities/hours. :(
