Uncle playing his videos at volume on the train (not sure if my phone picked it up). Asked him to lower his volume and he said he already lowered it (he didn't). He told me it was none of my concern (it is, I can clearly hear his video) and to sit elsewhere (no other available seats).

How else to persuade such socially inept people to be more considerate? Why can't the train operators give us a hotline to call or something?
