2018 Nissan Murano - battery just replaced in March

My daughter just traveled 17 hours back home from college. She drove 10 hours, attempted to start her car 5 hours later & it was completely dead.

A state trooper jump started her vehicle with no problem & she drove the rest of the way home.

After she parked and turned it off this morning, it’s dead again.

I attempted to jump start but I’m not sure it’s getting enough power from my vehicle. There’s a lot of corrosion on the positive terminal & when attempting to start it’s making a rapid clicking noise & giving a message saying “key system error”.
