Rolex Daytona Panda 126500 - QC Round 3

Hi everyone!

This is my 3rd QC after RL the first ones because of misaligned indices / hand. Third time's a charm? Please let me know your thoughts!

Thanks a lot.

  1. Dealer name: Steve (TheOneWatches)
  2. Factory name: VSF
  3. Model name (& version number): Daytona 126500 Panda White Dial DD4131
  4. Price Paid: $798 + $30 standard shipping (FedEx unavailable)
  5. Album Links: https://mega.nz/folder/6MojWbCJ#AhsxlnqZhG2gO5Ra-Zlnsg
  6. Index alignment: The 9 o'clock index seems slightly tilted counterclockwise (acceptable?). Rest looks fine to me - anything I am missing?
  7. Dial Printing: No visible bleeding, looks clean. Just wondering if the subdial "thickness" is ok for this 126500?
  8. Date Wheel alignment/printing: n.a.
  9. Hand Alignment: Looks fine
  10. Bezel: Looks aligned to me
  11. Solid End Links (SELs): Seem tight
  12. Timegrapher numbers: +2 s/d, 270 amplitude, 0.1ms beat error
  13. Anything else you notice: ?

Panda 126500 3 o'clock subdial

Hi everyone,

Following up on my previous post, I’ve received more QC photos of the 3 o’clock sub-dial hand. It definitely looks slightly crooked, so I’m leaning towards an RL.

The catch is that I’ve already rejected one watch. Do you think it’s fair to RL a second time? I don't want to seem too picky, but the flaw feels very noticeable to me

Thanks for your help!

Rolex Daytona Panda 126500 - QC Round 2

Hi everyone!

After RL the first one because of misaligned indices, I just received a new QC.

Can you please let me know your thoughts on this one and if you would GL/RL it?

  1. Dealer name: Theonewatches (Steve)
  2. Factory name: VSF
  3. Model name: Daytona 126500
  4. Price Paid: $798
  5. Album Links: https://mega.nz/folder/3MpWVC6a#KANIL34HVnHKdNUf7Z0SVA
  6. Index alignment: alignment seems fine this time
  7. Dial printing: Seems ok, 9 may be very slightly tilted clockwise
  8. Date wheel alignment/printing: n/a
  9. Hand alignment: ok EXCEPT the hand on the 3 o'clock subdial which doesn't look vertical at all!
  10. Bezel: Seems ok
  11. Solid End Links (SELs): Top right might show a slight gap (?) but seems reasonable
  12. Timegrapher numbers: +3s/d , 268, 0.1 ms

Would you GL this? I'm concerned about the hand on the 3 o'clock subdial?

Hi everyone!

I just received the QC photos for my 162500 rep watch and I’m feeling a little unsure. I’d love to get your second opinion! I’m hoping some 'hawk eyes' here can help me out 😄

Thanks a lot (I'm always impressed by what you guys can spot)!

  1. Dealer name: Theonewatches (Steve)
  2. Factory name: VSF
  3. Model name: Daytona 126500
  4. Price Paid: $798
  5. Album Links: https://mega.nz/folder/mABARbZa#x4D3b7v6zJfuGIT9PoMOzg
  6. Index alignment: the 9 and 6 (to a lesser extent) seem a bit crooked
  7. Dial printing: Is Daytona red a bit too bright? Otherwise, printing is clean and sharp
  8. Date wheel alignment/printing: n/a
  9. Hand alignment: Seems ok (did my best with the alignment tool!)
  10. Bezel: Seems ok
  11. Solid End Links (SELs): No gap
  12. Timegrapher numbers: +4s/d , 2789, 0.1 ms

Would you GL this? Very much tempted to RL given the 9 and 6

  6. Index alignment: My main issue is that the '9' appears rotated clockwise. The '6' also seems slightly off, as it is positioned a bit too far to the left.
  7. Dial printing: Is Daytona red a bit too bright? Otherwise, printing is clean and sharp
  8. Date wheel alignment/printing: n/a
  9. Hand alignment: Seems ok (did my best with the alignment tool!)
  10. Bezel: Seems ok
  11. Solid End Links (SELs): No gap
  12. Timegrapher numbers: +4s/d , 2789, 0.1 ms

Anything else noticed: Seems like VSF managed to fix the "thick" subdial
