Hello! I recently started the twirla patch I put my first one on may 10th I’m wondering if I made a mistake, my period would be starting right about now and I’m experiencing symptoms, period cramps, but no period, should I have waited to put my first patch on until after my period so my patch free week actually aligned?? If yes what do I do?? I’m so confused I’m new to birth control 🥲I’m not sure if I should wait until Sunday (my patch change day) and take it off and leave it off until I get my period instead of doing the other two patches or do the other two patches? Do I take it off now?? When I google it it says to do the other two patches but it’s my understanding I won’t bleed with them on, I want my period to come so I’m not experiencing period cramps but no period for two more weeks, if I worded it confusing please let me know I can try to clarify🥲🥲 thank you in advance for any responses sincerely a health anxiety girlie
