Legal address / virtual office for Estonian OÜ while living in Estonia?
Hi everyone,
I live in Estonia and recently opened an Estonian OÜ. At the moment, the company is connected to my home/rental address, but I don’t want my personal home address to be publicly visible in the Business Register.
What is the best practical way to handle this?
I’m aware that legal address / virtual office services exist, but I’m not sure if that is the best option when I actually live in Estonia. I mainly want a proper, legal, low-maintenance solution for the company’s official registered address and official correspondence.
Things I care about:
- Not showing my home address publicly
- Making sure official mail/notifications are not missed
- Keeping the setup simple and compliant
- Avoiding unnecessary expensive services
- Being able to use it for an already registered OÜ
I don’t need coworking space or package handling.
What would you recommend in this situation? Are there reliable providers, accountants, legal address services, or other practical solutions people commonly use?
Any red flags or mistakes to avoid would also be helpful.
