Just got it done yesterday, not even 24 hours yet. I'd did also bleed when I got it (my first one didnt) And I just woke up. What's the best way to clean it and keep it clean?

I was able to clean the dried bl00d off before bed and get the dried build up from inside my nose. But thats back also, am I best to just leave it all alone and just clean up as close as I can get to it?

Any help is appreciated! New to this, absolutely none of my other piercings have Bleed before so idk if she just really hit a vein or something?
