Hello! I've been playing for 750 hours and right now able to play 'okay' on 4-5 lvl EU FaceIt, currently sitting at 1,150 with 120 games.

I have work and kid, so I need to limit my play time to 2-3 hours a day maximum. I don't have high ambition and enjoy the game - main goal is to keep playing good matches as well as progressing slowly by identifying and fixing my small mistakes. Honestly I just enjoy the game and progression.

My current daily routine is:
- Refrag: X-Fire, Crossfire, Preaim, spray, retake (challanger) and pistol. I play 5 maps alternating daily. The routine is 20 mins.
- Cybershoke DM 60 frags. 10-15 mins
- 2 FaceIt games. Sometime 3 if I still feel focused after 2. 1-2 hours
- Retakes, MM or Competitive - 1h, if I still have time, but unable to focus anymore. Or I watch my own or Donk demo if I don't want to play anymore. 1 hour.

I wonder if I should change something about the routine:
- How important it is to practice movement? KZ / BHop etc?
- Should I drop Refrag and play extra FaceIt game?
- Anything extra that I can benefit from?
