Doll workstationo

Doll workstationo

Hey all! I remember a few days ago somebody asked for ways to hold dolls instead of using your legs and knees. I wanted to share my setup since it may be useful for someone!

I’ve had these little stackable grid shelves for years for organizing, and one day i started using it to hold my dolls while i work on their hair. it’s great for holding other tools as well, especially so that my curling iron doesn’t touch surfaces.

the doll wobbles around since it’s not very secured, but since i’m only doing her hair here, it helps so much. plus! i’m about to start using them to organize and hang clothes. i have three of the closets and they can hardly hold more than a few pieces.

i’m not saying it’s perfect, but it’s very useful, very cheap ($5 at the container store), and makes a decent impromptu doll workstation.

i’d love to know if you guys have any improvised doll workstations as well! happy weekend ☺️
