Switching employers, already issued work visa?

Hey everyone, I accepted a job offer in China last month and my visa was approved and is in my possession now. Shortly after accepting this job, a job I had applied for before accepting this one contacted me and offered me a job that I want to go with. From what I understand, proper protocol would be to contact other employer and let them know I’m cancelling then accept the other offer and restart the visa process. Is there anything I need to know with this and is it pretty straightforward or not worth the hassle? It’s a teaching job. The one the visa was issued for is a training center, the job I want to take is a university.

1995 Tacoma 2RZ-FE crank/no-start after bumpy road + new CKP – ruled out common stuff, shop says ECM

1995 Toyota Tacoma 2WD 5-speed, 2RZ-FE, 283k miles, rust-free AZ desert truck.

Truck was running perfectly. Hit a bumpy road and died. Towed to shop thinking it was the fuel filter getting clogged up and I couldn’t get to it since it’s right behind the intake and it was 107f when it died. Too hot for me to be wrenching on it in the heat. They replaced the fuel filter and it still wouldn’t start so they replaced the CKP sensor + wiring (thought bad wire). Still no-start and they gave up. Towed to shop #2 for diagnosis where I know a good mechanic and he couldn’t figure it out, he thinks it’s the ecm.

I’ve replaced

New fuel pump / Circuit Opening Relay (85910-35030)
New igniter (89621-26010)
MAF sensor cleaned
CKP connector reseated
Basic grounds checked
Clutch safety switch bypassed

Still cranks but no start. Fuel pump prime was confirmed at one point, but no consistent fire.

Anyone have an idea?
