Thanks in advance for any advice. I'll be taking my grandmother to Shenzhen, but we fly into HKG. She has limited mobility and walks with a cane, so I am assuming any form of public transportation is out of the question.

So my question is, what is the general process of taking a taxi or Uber from the airport into Shenzhen (where we are staying in a hotel)? Is it a complicated process (in terms of going through immigration) traveling there by car? And what is the approximate price I should be using as a reference so that I know if someone is trying to overcharge? Would it be better significantly more convenient to pre-book a private car service company? (We both have Chinese visas). Any help is much appreciated.
