As expected, they are not ready to refund me. They mentioned that the delivery person failed to reach the destination, mind you this the first time something like this has happened to me, before this I’ve always got successful delivery from swiggy. Should I post about this on X?
So, last night I ordered from kfc through swiggy everything was good until it said that the “delivery person has reached, get ready to collect” then after 10 minutes the order gets cancelled automatically (not from my end) and I was confused so I talked with the agent and they said order was cancelled due to me not picking up delivery person’s calls, but the guy never called me? The only call I got at that time was this spam call from jio, which I did pick up thinking maybe it was the delivery guy (it wasn’t). Now I’ve emailed them about this issue as the agent was no help, just told me to email to swiggy support. Never experienced this before, first time getting scammed by swiggy. I hope they at least give me a refund.
