I got the Palladium card and continue to have trouble with basic things like using the card or getting support.
- It declines purchases despite using the code verification.
- Live suport is never available, they always experience “high volume”. Bilt thinks it’s reasonable to wait 24 hrs for a response in order to use your credit card. I had to use my Amex instead. Lesson learned for upcoming travel not to rely on this card.
- The portal lacks basic features expected with any CC. I scheduled a payment. Bilt then sent me multiple reminds to pay. This resulted in duplicate payments as you’re unable to see scheduled payments.
- My Bilt cash was missing. I contacted their weak AI support that gave me wrong information. Bilt cash magically reappeared a month later.
I am wasting too much time. I plan to cancel my Palladium card and stick to Amex Platinum. It never disappoints.
