So i recieved my supposedly new 5080 waterforce extreme recently, opened it up and this top layer of the box was empty.

The entire envelope was missing warramty card etc, all the factory seals appear to be on the rest of the actual hardware but this has me wondering if i should return it.

Has anyone experienced this ? Seems rather odd to me and i couldnt see any obvious resealing.
