I got invited for a project and was asked to do a Background Check with KarmaCheck. However, "Certn" is not accepting my NID. I don't have any other government-issued photo ID. My gov is still processing my smart card for the last four years, and I don't know when I will get it. I have my birth certificate, university ID, and other docs from my university.

I had the same problem while signing up on the platform. u/StunningJackfruit315 helped me verify my account. Can you help me again, please? I reached out to the project Slack channel, and they are saying that this is out of their domain!

I got excited when I saw the offer after a long time. I accepted it within an hour of receiving the offer. I was told to reply to the mail, and I did. But I did not receive any further information yet. Is this normal? Should I just keep waiting?
