LPT: You need 0 skills to start a hobby
Many people find it difficult to start a new hobby, only because they think they will be bad at it. But a hobby isn't meant to be stressful; it's supposed to bring joy.
I used to hate drawing because I never thought I could be good at it. But as an adult, I realised that I draw and doodle for myself, not for others. So what if they don't like it? It's enjoyable to me.
So, whether you want to pick up an instrument or play a sport or start reading, don't think about whether you'll be good at it—just see if you'll enjoy it.
