Hi,

So I’ve been in an on and off engagement that’s been slowly getting more abusive. last weekend was the first night i got scared of him after years, it wasn’t fun and games & sex anymore. he’s getting more violent and unstable with his bipolar disorder he won’t get help for. if he became violent with me and hit me multiple times will he do it again and worse?
i changed my number and am hoping he doesn’t come to my house. because he’s unpredictable and i’m an easy target to him

i’ve never been in a physically abusive relationship or seem one before please help thank you.
