42/m... what should I do?

So I am 42/m, 5'5", 130 lbs. I know.... small af. Inbody scanner estimates me at 17% which I guess is believable and somewhat close. I've been a distance runner my whole life so weightlifting always took a backseat. I'd go through stages but very inconsistent overall. Also, my diet was always kind of the mindset of "eh, I'll run it off." Few months back, noticed I wasn't liking how I was looking and needed to change it up.

Was at 140 in March (a lot of belly fat), cut down to 130, reduced running to 1-2 sessions per week, all easy Z2 runs and replaced with PPL and been consistently lifting for the last 3 months.

How much more should I cut before I start a lean bulk? I am already small so I really don't want to look scrawny and unathletic but I also wanted that visible 6 pack before I started to try to gain some mass.
