I stopped breastfeeding about a month ago and my nursing bras offer no support and i feel sore unless im in a sports bra. I want to order a bra that i can wear w casual clothing on an every day basis. i did recently lose 25 pounds in the last 3 months and am trying to lose weight very gradually. What do i do for the meantime? i dont want to waste money but also need support at least for this summer. I’m sort of squishy and not so firm anymore. These were my results :
Loose underbust : 42inches
Snug underbust: 40 inch
Tight underbust: 37.5
Standing Bust: 49
Leaning Bust:52
Lying Bust 50
Sizing system US/Canada
Assigned female at birth

The size they gave was 40 I/J with sister size 38J/K
