Depression med (Prozac 20mg)
Allergy med (Zyrtec 10mg)

More about me: I am 30s female. 5’10, 220 lbs. Strength train 3 days a week, losing around 1 lb a week. Weekdays my macros and calories stay mostly the same. Around 1800 cal, 150 g protein, 80g fat, rest are carbs. 3-4 Eggs with breakfast every weekday, sardines at least 3 days a week. Main carb is jasmine rice, olive oil is the main fat I use to cook my proteins and veggies.

Feeling a bit down lately because I just moved to my own place in a new state. Away from family and friends, but I don’t want to slip back to being a shell of myself like I was in my 20s. I know that life is worth living so I’m doing whatever it takes to embrace it. Any advice, suggestions, and critiques welcome. Even a hello is great. Thanks, yall!
