So will the govt pay its dues now?
My dad worked as a sub contractor in central govt owned research institute 3 years back. We haven't been paid. The main contractor hasn't been paid too. We know cause he's a elderly gentleman around his 60's. My dad told him to come everyday to our office till he gets paid. Coz dad put invested all his punji in this work alloted to him. The elderly gentleman is also counting on this money that he got cause business had been down since Covid. It was his chance to bounce back. Uncle took up loans from banks to complete his works. His house is also held in bandhok by the bank. He's gotten notice from the banks twice regarding his house twice.
Everytime Uncle questions the board of directors it's something or the other. Very lastly they had said they are unable to pay cause central government is withholding the funds.
So now that Suvendu is CM. BJP is in the house.TMC is out, Didi is out.
So will the govt pay its dues?
