Well after celebrating the 4th with some incredible Blue Cheese Burgers decided to keep the celebration going with Rotisserie Chicken and Roasted Potatoes and Carrots. Trying out the Kinders Big Bold Chicken Rub that I picked up at Costco. Usually do the Holy Gospel. More photos to follow
