After almost 10 years working in marketing across agencies, retail, and now my worst experience dealing with early-stage business where owners have no business or marketing foundation but have a strong opinion on everything or how things should be done from changing design, copy, strategy, email etc to something AI generated while my work is never followed.
Mind you I’m a “manager” who makes no decision, more like executing whatever they want or think it’s right
I’m so done. This is the only job I can have right due visa restrictions and it feels like A TRAP. At this point I want to change field and pursue maybe a career in healthcare
