Oh my god

I’m at a loss. I’m about 6 months into having pots and I’m having shortness of breath every day, petechiae, on and off PVC’s, dizziness, water retention In my face/legs, chest pain at times, weight loss, fatigue, brain fog, and all of the other “normal” symptoms that come with pots. I feel like I’m going through real heart issues but I’ve had EKG’s, echocardiogram, chest CT, chest X-ray, holter monitors, and blood tests and all seem fine. Is anyone else feeling this way? I’m trying to convince myself I’m not dying every day but I’m not believing myself all to well.. I’m so sick of this. It just doesn’t feel like what everyone else is saying POTS is all about. I’m at a point im begging anyone and everyone to leave me a message if this happens to them too. I’m losing my mind over here. Thank you.

Ugh

Is it just me who goes to sleep with bradycardia as low as 45bpm but will get woken up in the middle of the night or early morning to a bpm up to 150? I’m losing my mind and sleep over here🫩

“Normal” heart rate?

I just wanted to come on here and ask if anyone else with POTS has experienced something like this. I had my first ever real flare up that lasted about a week. I had tachycardia of up to 147 just standing for a couple minutes and I kept having what we hope is to be adrenaline dumps every morning the SECOND I gain consciousness. This was a solid 180bpm a couple times, I felt super shitty etc. I tried implementing a healthier diet less sodium, fat, calories to see if it would help but eventually last night I decided I was going to just try a good salty bowl of ramen fuck being healthy. About an hour after eating I felt AMAZING. I woke up this morning with only a small episode so I figure the salt fixed me! Go ramen! But besides the fact that I now feel amazing today my heart is acting like it’s normal? When I’m sitting and doing anything it stays below 80bpm, but the crazy part is when I stand my heart goes up to 98 maximum and stays steady in the 70’s or 80’s. This has never happened to me my heart is always 120-140 when standing. I’m worried if this is a bad sign my heart isn’t happy or maybe this is how flare ups work? Someone please let me know if they have experienced this and what came out of it! Maybe advice, questions or just something funny to say :)

Context of health
I run a pretty low blood pressure no matter how hydrated I am so I’m usually around 97/65 although during my flare my bp was around 107/87 when I felt my worst. I returned to low numbers once I started feeling better
I had a holter monitor and we have caught one very small episode of atrial flutter that didn’t harm me and we don’t believe this is what was causing my episodes during flare
I have NOT been diagnosed with hyper pots

Thank you so much for taking your time to read my post every comment is appreciated!
