I applied for youth allowance back in February so I called them up the other day to get see when my claim will get processed. I ended up being eligible for financial hardship so my claim was moved up. The next day I get another call just asking when I started studying and that they’re working on my claim this was yesterday around 11 am. That afternoon I check my app and the claim has disappeared, and it’s not in history of claims, it’s just gone. It’s now the next day I still haven’t received any email notification or it still not in history of claims. Does anyone know why this could be.
