If you could focus on only one thing for your website over the next year, would you choose design, speed, SEO, or accessibility? Why?

Trying to figure out what actually moves the needle on real projects.

I've been checking out accessibility tools lately, the kind where visitors can tweak things like text size, contrast, spacing, and navigation themselves, instead of being stuck with one fixed layout.

So if you could only pick one of those four, which would it be? And is accessibility something that should be baked in from the start, or still more of a "nice to have" you get to after design, speed, and SEO?
