Some of mine are:

• We play as Richard "Rich" Lovitz. If we are not him, then we are "kid" the young employee working under Rich.
• "Better Place" is an actual location and the prototype keeps the still sleeping orphans there
• Some of the employees are still alive and keeped "hostage" by the prototype in Better Place, because he cant run the entire place all by his own, so he forces the survivors to work and live there
• Sawyer hinted that the player returned for a loved one and we will find that person in Better Place
• Stella is alive and one of the employees keeped in Better Place, because the prototype needs a mother for the orphans
• Elliot is in some form still alive, either as a toy or something similar as sawyer
• Giblet will be a real hero at the end
• Player will survive at the end and make it out to infilitrate the playtime factorys in other countrys and the theme park to burn them to the ground
• The player was accidently turned immortal (NOT into a toy, but the first immortal human) at the end of chapter 5 (like poppy and the prototype) and sawyer will realize it first
• Sawyer will NOT get an redemtion arc, but will stay an usefull (asshole) ally after he and player made some kind of deal
• We will meet preston in the next chapter and while he cant move, he can speak and will tell us some important information about the prototype and the planning of the hour of joy
• We will beat the prototype with a gigantic hammer (poor ollie 😰😭) and put him back in his original jack-in-a-box box
• Sawyer will be forced inside glowby and will be SO NOT HAPPY about it and roast us everytime we need to long for solving a puzzle
• Huggy is still alive (not sure about kissy 😭😭) and will help us defeating the prototype (his darth vader moment)
• Return of the omni hand. Sawyer will tell us about the executive emergency elevator that will bring us out, but we need an omni hand for that
