Hi

So I swapped cars with a lad a week going. I tried to up date my etoll with the new reg but it said I am not the registered owner. And it already has an account linked to it.

I saw he used my reg to go through the M50 but I have removed now.

I have already sent off my log

Is it hard work to fill in the form, get it stamped by a Garda and commissioner of oath to get the log book to me because he is being difficult

I forgot to take a picture of the log books.

But I have all the previous NCT docs for the car in my drive way.

So I swapped my car which had no NCT or tax for three years for a ncted and just out tax car

Now you man has gone to the NCT and they said their is rust in the under body

He sent me a fairly aggressive message.

He got a swap which his value was 3k and a mine was an unknown but if good and NCTed would be worth 6-9k

What should I do I have replied or said anything. I believe he has sent the log book but unsure I have sent my log book to Shannon with his details

Any advice would be great
