Rollback denied
I was hacked about just under 3 weeks ago and after 2 weeks of trying, I got my account unterminated and restored, but when I tried to request a rollback, it was denied in a week (this was already 2 days ag)
I tried submitting another ticket but no response yet
i dont understand why it was denied, a lot of the items have only gone to 1 other account other than the storage account and I gave UAID numbers so it should be even easier to track that they’re mine, and it’s also my first ever time requesting a rollback, I read somewhere that the first time usually has a better success rate
i gave all the evidence I could, screenshots of the trade, emails with a different ip, and transactions, yet still I got nothing at all back, like if they just gave up as soon as they saw it
is Roblox just not wanting to do anything about this? Is there something I can say to improve the chances even after the first ticket was denied?
