Graphics/art style: Vector / clean line art, not pixel. Two stickmen characters.

Notable characters: Two stickman inmates — looked like prisoners.

Notable gameplay mechanics: Single-screen 2D side view, no scrolling, no rooms. Local 2-player on one keyboard — Player 1 on WASD-area keys, Player 2 on arrow-area keys. Characters could run, kick, jump. Jumping on the other player's head from above killed them.

Other details: I think the title contained "cell" — something like "Celine" or "Celling," matching the prison-cell theme.
