is this dry scalp or seb dermatitis?

It’s really only bad on the top of my head, and has gotten way worse with being on accutane.
Derm says it’s seb derm but I’m confused because accutane is used to treat it. Ketaconzole does nothing for it.

Helpppp please give me product recommendations

Lexapro/ hairloss

Hi! So I started accutane a little over a month ago and a week after starting accutane also split my Lexapro dose in half, 10mg to 5mg. My dermatologist and I have been trying to figure out where all my hair shedding is coming from these past 2 years and the shedding started around the same time I started my Lexapro and has not stopped. So I decided I wanted to try to get off Lexapro. It’s now been a little over 3 weeks on the 5mg and my anxiety is definitely ramped up and way harder for me to manage. I’m scared that it’s coming back and don’t know what’s best to do.

I don’t know if the accutane is causing my spike or the Lexapro and maybe even a mix of both. But 3 weeks seems like a long time to experience crazy anxiety if it was just withdrawals. I love my Lexapro other than the hairloss it has caused me, it really changed the game for me and my anxiety- I don’t know if I’m making the right move.

I know it seems odd to prioritize hair over being anxiety free, and now that i feel intense anxiety again, i don’t know if it’s worth it.

pleaseeeeee give me some advice or maybe a possible alternative, i can follow up with my primary care doctor on.

Also side question if i took lexapro and minoxidil at the same time would that work to combat shedding? I mean at this point i would much rather do that but freaks me out to be on meds for the rest of my life, is that safe?
