PH online fitness coaches — what's your tech stack for running your business?

Genuine question for the online coaches here.

I've been talking to a bunch of PH-based online coaches over the last few months and the pattern keeps repeating: everyone's running their business out of Google Sheets, Messenger, and personal e-wallet payments. Most are losing 5–10 hours a week to admin — copy-pasting workouts into chat, chasing payments, manually tracking client progress.

Curious to hear from the coaches in here:

  1. What does your current setup look like? (Trainerize / TrueCoach / fully manual / hybrid?)
  2. What part of your weekly workflow is the biggest time-sink?
  3. If you could fix one part of the admin side without changing how you actually coach, what would it be?

Not selling anything in this post — just trying to understand the real workflow before assuming I know what coaches need.

(For context: I'm a solo dev in PH, not a coach, and have been spending way too much time thinking about this space.)

PH online fitness coaches: tired of running your business out of Sheets + Messenger + personal GCash? Built a thing — looking for 3 beta coaches.

For the last few days I've been quietly building an all-in-one platform for online fitness coaches in the Philippines. Workout builder, exercise library, mobile client app (daily workout, set logger, rest timer), weekly check-ins, photo timeline, AI program drafting, and a public storefront for each coach. Mobile-first PWA, no app store.

Why I'm building it: every coach I know here runs their business out of Google Sheets, Messenger, and a personal GCash account. Trainerize is great but priced in USD and doesn't speak GCash or Maya. Coaches I've talked to lose 5–10 hours a week to copy-pasting workouts into chat and chasing payments. I got tired of watching it.

Honest state of the build:

Coach side (signup, builder, AI drafts, storefront, client invites) — working.

Client side (today's workout, rest timer, set logger, swap exercise, check-in, Ask-Coach AI) — working.

Payments are manual for now. Client sends GCash/Maya straight to your personal account → uploads the receipt screenshot in your storefront form → you verify and click Activate in your dashboard → client gets a magic link. No middleman, no commission, no payout delay. Automated in-app checkout is on the roadmap but I'm not shipping it until the manual flow is smooth.

Pricing for coaches: flat monthly SaaS fee in PHP (well under Trainerize), zero commission on what your clients pay you. Beta coaches get 2 months free + a discounted lock-in for year one. Exact numbers I'll share in the DM.

What I'm asking for:

3 PH-based online fitness coaches willing to use it with at least one real client for 2 months. No onboarding call needed — I'll send you the user guide, you set it up yourself in ~10 min, use it, and DM me whatever's broken or confusing.

If you're a coach (or you know one), DM me. I'll send the site link, the user guide PDF, and answer anything before you commit.

— Solo founder, dev background, not a coach myself — which is exactly why I want to talk to coaches.
