PH online fitness coaches — what's your tech stack for running your business?
Genuine question for the online coaches here.
I've been talking to a bunch of PH-based online coaches over the last few months and the pattern keeps repeating: everyone's running their business out of Google Sheets, Messenger, and personal e-wallet payments. Most are losing 5–10 hours a week to admin — copy-pasting workouts into chat, chasing payments, manually tracking client progress.
Curious to hear from the coaches in here:
- What does your current setup look like? (Trainerize / TrueCoach / fully manual / hybrid?)
- What part of your weekly workflow is the biggest time-sink?
- If you could fix one part of the admin side without changing how you actually coach, what would it be?
Not selling anything in this post — just trying to understand the real workflow before assuming I know what coaches need.
(For context: I'm a solo dev in PH, not a coach, and have been spending way too much time thinking about this space.)
