Injury and a race in two weeks, need perspective

I have my A-race this year on the 13th of June. The race is 50 miles with 1400m of vert and about 85 % singletrack. For the past two weeks I haven't been able to run after having switched my training from mostly asphalt and gravel to about 90 % trail at the beginning of May. I got a stress reaction, possibly a stress fracture, in a metatarsal and went to a physiotherapist to get it checked. The healing time according to the physio is about 3-4 weeks.

So now I'm wondering how I should go about the two weeks that's left until the race. I know I want to have some kind of reassurance that the foot will be okay to run on, let's say an hour of running without any issues during or the day after the run. These are the the alternatives that I've come up with and would like your perspectives and inputs:

A: Run 3-4 km on Wednesday, 5-6 km on Friday and 10-11 km on Sunday. The prerequisite here is that the foot feels OK during and after each run. The obvious downside to this is that the foot only gets 2,5 weeks rest from running and 20 km in total when it might not be fully healed.

B: Run 10-11 km on Sunday. The upside is that the foot gets a full three weeks of rest from running. The downside is that I will go from zero to an hour directly.

C: Run 3-4 km on Friday and 10-11 km on Sunday. A couple of extra days to heal.

D: Skip the "one hour of running pre-race"-condition. Run 3-4 km on Wednesday next week and hope that the foot has healed enough to get through 9+ hours of running on race day.

Other options?

The status of the foot today is that I've been able to walk pain free for the last 3-4 days, but sometimes I feel "something" that's not there when it's 100 %.

I'm using Zwift to maintain my fitness and I still feel in good shape so I'm not too worried about that.

Sorry for the long post but I'm really torn here in what to do 🙂
