Dripping noise inside new toilet that only happens during use

We've recently had a new bathroom with toilet (s trap) installed where there was no plumbing previously. No sign of any leaks or issues, but the toilet makes a weird dripping noise during use, basically when any liquids / solids hit the water inside the pan. You don't hear it during or after flushing. It's a quite fast drip that slows and stops after about 30 seconds. It's seemingly coming from lower down, possibly the waste rather than from the cistern. Any idea what it could be? Is it something worth investigating further?

So we've just completed our ensuite renovation. After waiting almost a month for them to finally finish fitting the shower screen, I took a long awaited shower and noticed that it felt more cramped than I expected. The shower is 860mm wide (x 1600mm long) and I realised the shower head has been positioned off centre - 400mm from the side wall, so it's 30mm off. Given that the shower is already quite narrow, it does make a noticeable difference to the elbow room. On the other hand, it seems silly to kick up a fuss over such a small difference, especially to risk pulling off tiles and moving plumbing. For context, this is another issue in a catalogue of mistakes from the builder...
