Hey this was my second project which offboarded me for poor aht. Honestly the tasks were a lot of work and expected aht was a bit unreasonable. I still tried under timing here and there.
And I always prefer quality and I have a gradual graph in all kinds of new work. I eventually get really good and fast, even one of the good performers. In the 2 weeks I got to work I was able to slowly getting better at aht. And since not timing my hard work, sitting at night and fighting the problem didn't feel fair for me not to log. But yeah I learnt my lesson it's best to undertime in the beginning when you are still learning the workflow.
I just wanted to know will this feedback impacy my chances on other prospects on the platform. I really had a good time with the first project and I believe I performed really well. It would be a bummer if I get no opportunities because of this going forward.
