i got 1.5k rank and after asking some peeps i got to know that i will get cse in ktr but i will not get any scholarship so i was thinking should i go for counselling and check whether i will really get cse in ktr and then give phase 2 cuz i want to explore my options and if i go with counselling then i have to confirm my seat by giving some deposit
