Hey whatsupp i saw a thread somewhere that said that to "turn off" the egr i just need to pull off the vacum line to the valve so it doesnt open and "blind" the line with somethin.

Questions

1 Am i looking at the correct thing?

2 is it safe to do?

Read that it can lower the consumption and make the engne run better

(Sidenote, im aware if can be dissasembled completely or turned of in the ecu butbi dont have the skill or the money to do that)
