Considering buying a standing desk with a monitor arm

Trying to slowly improve my work from home setup this year instead of buying everything at once. My health is getting to me, I have swollen ankles by the end of the day and an aching back.

At first I thought a standing desk was the obvious upgrade because sitting all day has started catching up to me a bit. Then I came across walking pads that can keep me mobile throughout the day. But I don't know if the walking pad with standing desk combination will keep me focused. Then I realized that the monitor will change its vertical height eash time and need adjustments so I started looking into arms. My current screen is fixed in one spot and I honestly don’t move around much during the day because of it. I don't think my upcoming standing desk will be able to keep it ideally leveled for me.

I am now looking into good monitor arms as well. Wall mounted arms from ergotron, desk mounted arms like the fully jarvis one and even the robotic automatic arms. Ultimately I want an arm that moves up and down easily with the standing desk.

Can you guys guide me to a good one?

Got my first ebike from costco, and as much as I’m loving it I’m also a little concerned about how to take care of the battery. The kind of information available on the internet is just making it even more confusing for me. I hope I can get some advice from you guys here.

I haven’t charged it yet. Its battery is 36V 7.8Ah of a hiboy c1. I read about 20–80% charging thing.. do you guys actually follow it irl? I saw it that is it is a must for battery health but then read on Reddit that it’s not very effective. I wanna charge to 100% every night so I have full range in the morning because I know I’ll be worried that this doesn't discharge mid-trip. I won't know how far it can go practically not atleast in the first couple of months.

Also how bad is it to leave it on the charger overnight? I don’t plan to do it but what if I accidentally end up doing it someday? Because I’ve dozed off a few times with my laptop plugged in.. happens.. so I just wanna know how risky it is. One more thing, when I get back after a ride should I wait to charge it? I will be careful and wait but is it some truth to it?

Sorry if these are too stupid questions but I’m a first-time rider and could really use some help. Thank you in advance.
