Southwest + Sky Harbor/Phoenix + Wheelchair = A hard No
Had to travel today and gave Southwest a chance. All was good until I had to get my mother in law a wheel chair that I had reserved weeks ago. The “system” used by SW and the contractor ABS was the worst I have ever seen. A guy gives you a random number verbally then forgets the number he gave you then he LEAVES! Been here nearly and hour waiting for someone to take us through security. VAvoid Southworst if you need a wheel chair here.
