Is “scene memory” the missing layer for AI video continuity?

Most AI video tools can make impressive clips, but multi-shot continuity still breaks.

Same character changes.
Clothes drift.
Props vanish.
Sets mutate.
Camera logic resets.
Style changes.

I’m testing a workflow called Scene Capsule where a reference image becomes a structured scene-memory packet for the next generation.

Curious what people think: would this help your workflow, or are you already solving this with LoRAs, reference images, storyboard tools, or model-specific tricks?

UGC AI ads break when the actor or product changes between shots — anyone else fighting this?

I’m testing Scene Capsule as a pre-generation continuity layer for AI video.

The workflow is simple:

one reference image → structured scene-memory packet → next AI video shot

The goal is to help preserve:

actor identity
outfit
product/object details
scene/background
camera/framing
lighting/style

I’m especially interested in UGC ads, product demos, AI spokespeople, and repeatable ad creatives.

What breaks first for you in Veo/Kling/Runway/Sora/Pika workflows?
