Is responding to violence if provocate is haram?
My question is if someone talks bad about family and you is not like there is someone who is going to punish him and seek justice in your country , and he provokes you and you hit him don’t fully beat them up nor serious injury first :is it haram , second: is it also required you apologize to the person or can you just Allah for forgiveness 3 is it a major sin 4 is there a specific ruling on this
