I have an 8 week old who was born 7lb 8oz. She was 11lb at her 6 week check up. She’s gone from the 50th percentile to the 75th. I’m worried I’m over feeding her. She’s combo fed (70% breast milk, 30% formula) via bottle. According to figures online she should be drinking between 700 and 950ml. She consistently drinks around 1000ml, ie not just a growth spurt - it’s consistent. I’m just worried if she continues this way as she has the last 8 weeks that she’s going to end continuing to jump percentiles. Just wanted to hear from anyone who as experience the same and whether you have any advice. And if you had a baby like this - did it work itself out as they got older (ie toddler age)?
