Hi there, I know a guy who was military and has does a lot of defense contracting jobs. Recently he’s helped me get into contact with some people at Anduril about drone jobs but more specifically the one I was looking at was “UAV Operator Launched Effects”. I definitely haven’t worked in anything like this before and I can’t find much information about it I feel like for obvious reasons. But I didn’t know if anyone in this sub knew much about it.

I know what launched effects is and It says I would be handling “energetics materials” or recon drones which is expected. However I am more curious on things like how long are you locked in a contract for? What was your experience with this job if you are doing it or have done it? About how often you are actually at a place and doing things vs back home? Is there anything I should like be sure I know how to do for this?

Im just curious in a lot of stuff cause I am interested in the position but im trying to actually decide whether or not to press it farther and whether or not I could do the job. I have read a lot on here and it seems like the most complained about thing is W.L.B but I haven’t been able to find any info on a position like this.
