ZEPTO ORDER DELIVERING FROM FRICKIN 2 HOURS.... WT THE HELL?
So context is : i ordered some items from zepto at 8:38 PM as you can see in the image above.... Then I waited for about 20-30 mins as it always says let's catch max 40-45 mins......
I waited for about 1 hour and then still decided let's wait a bit....
But then I said it's enough...
I complained in the customer care section but still no response..... So pathetic.
I needed the potatoes for dinner and the usb adapter as I had VERY urgent work on my laptop and needed it..
But this delivery guy????? No no no babu
It looks like he had gone for a stroll and and fun and dinner with his friends and family and came back to deliver the order....
After calling the delivery driver multiple times , he finally answered the call after more than 1 hour , only to hear - *" bhaiya aa rha hu aa "* so what happened in the past 1 hour? Were you enjoying some where?
What if my items ( especially milk) which usually is of old stock + it's not in cold storage would go stale ??? And not for consumption?
Seriously... Also the customer care did not help at all...
ORDER COMES AT ::: :----> 10:30 PM
My dinner was late.
My work was late , my hod was angry with me as I couldn't complete the task ( transfer of certain files) in that time period ( 2 hours)...
----->Also the order came with 500g of potatoes ...not 1kg as mentioned...
----->And the milk was near expiry.
----->And the bread was also expired .
------> bananas were in a state of ever so deteriorating state , that you have to eat it within 1 day.
+++++ Forgot to mention the extra attitude of the delivery driver....
And the customer service did not do any sh\*t.
TLDR : ordered zepto order at 8:30PM , came at around 10:15 PM .. also after intensive consumer care calls messages and calling the driver who was so ignorant finally came after 2 hours and i got the order even then I have i had to suffer as the potatoes he bought were 500g not 1kg as mentioned.........and milk and bread he bought was both near expiry..
If some1 can help please do something 😭😭 this has caused me so much distress 😭😭....
